Crowds in The Marketplace at Kyangjuma

All travelers from Namche to the higher elevations pass through the village of Kyangjuma where they are tempted by the souvenirs, food, cold drinks and new comfortable lodges.  Late morning crowds pack the village each day during high season making it feel a bit like Yosemite Valley on Memorial Day Weekend.
