View From The Rim Of The World Parking Area Along Highway 120 West Of The Park Entrance

Make sure you stop at this rest area and enjoy the view looking at the mountains in the distance and to the Tuolomne River, below.  A huge fire burned in this area in the mid - 1990's, it's now recovering nicely.
